Français EnglishSince saturday Octobre 24th, the french government has decided a curfew at 9pm in the Var (Toulon, Fréjus...) and the Alpes-Maritimes (Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Menton).
It means that it is prohibited to be out from 9pm to 6am.
There is no curfew in Liguria and in Monaco.

Bars and Casinos are locked downed but museums, theatres, shops and restaurant remain open, but remember that you must leave them early enough to be back at home or at your hotel, or to have cross the Monaco or Italian border by 9pm.

As the difference between a bar and a restaurant isn't really defined, most bars should stay open at day time as long as they serve some food.

Theatres are re-schegduling some night plays earlier in the afternoon end, but if it's in another town, you wont have the time to be back on time.

So, for a journey as normmal as possible, we recommand you to book a place in Monaco, Ventimillia or San Remo.

If your plane lands at night in Nice, your boarding pass will stand as a pass to reach your place or exit the Alpes-Maritime and croos the border with Monaco or Italy. Same for train tickets. So print them.

If you land at Genoa airport and want to get to Monaco, there's no transit measures permiting this as we know.

The health staus is one of the best in France with an estimated 167 cases for 100,000 pop. Meaning that they estimate that 0.2% of the population in the Alpes-Maritimes is positive to SARS-Cov2 virus.
